Fun toy but bad spanish translation
By Xander's mom
We bought this toy for my son's first birthday. He likes pushing it around and pushing all the buttons it has. My main problem with this toy is that it has two phrases translated into Spanish. I wish they would not have done this because they completely butchered those words making them unrecognizable. If they wanted to include Spanish they should have made some effort at a correct pronunciation. I hope the children who get this toy don't actually think that they are hearing "Spanish."

Best Ride on Toy- WELL worth the extra $$
By Doc Bee
I have a little boy and have compared this Ride on to the "Little Nemo" ride on, as well as the Cars- Lightning McQueen Ride on. This is about $5 more expensive but is worth the extra price. The activity board on this has far more than the others. This has a five-key mini piano (with keys that light up), a globe that projects from the dashboard that LIGHTS up with spectacular lights, another little screen that lights up and shows different scenes around the world when you pull the lever, and the four Little Einstein figurines that are removable and have particular songs and phrases that are played when you push them in. The dashboard has far more lights, sounds, and "pizazz" than Lighting McQueen or Nemo. My son was dazzled by the flashing globe alone. The nice thing is that it grows with your child. When he was not walking yet, he would amuse himself with the multiple activities on the dashboard. Once he felt more comfortable he would use it as a sturdy push toy. He loves opening the seat and pulling things out of the storage compartment. The other ride-on toys are great as well but this is definitely worth the extra money because the dashboard is captivating and lights up quite a bit. My son is not big into toys but he loves this one and has stuck with it more than most other toys. There are so many things they can do at each stage with it, whether they are crawling, about to start walking, or walking. He still has not begun to sit on it and ride yet, but he has had this for quite some time and enjoys it thoroughly. The only complaint I have is that one of the stickers is starting to come off, so I just put some clear tape over it. In essence, I was not sure if it was going to be worth the extra money, but it definitely is, particularly if you are buying it for a child under a year who needs a little bit more to get involved with before using it as a ride on.

Lots of fun and variety
By Gambit293
What makes the Little Einstein Rocket ride-on great is its versatility. Our one-year old can, of course, sit on it, and enjoys being pushed around in it. But because of the high seat back, quality wheels, and overall stability, it actually functions nicely as a walker, better than other dedicated baby walkers we've tried. The rear bumper of the car has a plastic lip near the ground to help prevent the Ride-on from falling backwards. Our son also stands and pushes it backwards, using the steering wheel as a push handle.

Altogether, there are almost two dozen different buttons, switches, levers, and dials on the Rocket Ride-on, each of which produces a different sound and/or response. Four removable figurines can be mounted to the front compartment; they either move up and down or rotate side to side as the Ride-on moves. Speaking as a parent with a fair number of baby gizmos, noises and music from the Rocket Ride-on are not annoying or overly repetitive.

My only complaint is the use of cheap sticker decals on the car. My son pulled off most of the sticker on the seatback within a day or so.

Finally, I'm not sure why Amazon currently lists a "choking hazzard - not for children under 3" warning. If I recall, the box says the ride-on is for 1+. The smallest parts are the four removable figurines, and those are much too large to fit entirely into a baby's mouth.
